I am also preparing for the ITIL exam…
and if somebody has already passed (or ready to pass) this exam, and after (or before the exam) wanna do a favor to a poor stranger, may want to share “ITIL V3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit – Study Guide Book and Online Course”???…
