Nice post!

QUESTION: I plan to study for the Foundation test by only using the Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle book. Does anyone have an opinion if that will be enough or not? I don’t want to buy more study materials if I don’t have to. I just took a practice test and got 25/40 without studying yet (missed by one!) so I hope that by absorbing the Intro book, I should get enough to pass.
